The Minister for Works delegates, pursuant to section 5A(a) of the Act, to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the offices as described in Column 1 of the attached Schedule the power to enter into leases, licences, assignments, variations, surrenders and other dealings in land up to and including the values stated in Column 2 of the attached Schedule to this Notice. Previous delegations are revoked.
