The Minister for Works authorises persons holding specified offices to sign formal instruments of agreement on behalf of the Minister for Works, up to specified values. The authorisation from 2 May 2017, published in the Government Gazette on 9 May 2017, is revoked. This authorisation does not revoke any delegation or authorisation not expressly referred to in this notice.
