Under section 5(1) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Karen Farley SC as the Chairperson of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 March 2018 and expiring on 28 February 2019, and under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Patrick John Hogan, Ms Emma Lucy Power, Ms Johanna Lilian Overmars, Ms Brenda Elizabeth Robbins to the panel of persons who are eligible to be selected by the Chairperson to be appointed as members of a Tribunal in relation to any appeal, for terms commencing on 1 March 2018 and expiring on 28 February 2019.
