Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 18 December 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Benjamin James Willesee as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 18 December 2023 and expiring on 17 December 2026. Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 18 December 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Yichun (Kelly) Zhang as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 18 December 2023 and expiring on 17 December 2026.
