Notice Text
Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Zoe Gilders to the panel of persons who are eligible to be selected by the Chairperson to be appointed as members of a Tribunal in relation to any appeal for term commencing on 1 july 2019 and expiring on 30 june 2020.
