Creditors and other persons having claims, to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates, in respect of the estate of Paul William Hagar late of 10 cingalese close, bunbury, western australia who died on 21 march 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the personal representative of the estate of paul william hagar (deceased) care of young & young, 5 spencer street, bunbury, by 28 june 2022 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
