Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 September 2017, are required by the executor, being John Alexander Scrimgeour, to send particulars of their claims to Earnshaw & Associates, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
