Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died between 10 december 2017 and 11 december 2017 at 431 boyup brook-arthur road, boyup brook aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 8 november 2018 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
