Repeals and replaces the rate determined under section 130 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, published in Gazette No 107 on 6 July 2018. Determines the rate chargeable on land within the Shire of Carnarvon, within a 15 km radius of the South West Corner of Bibbawarra Road and North West Coastal Highway, for the financial year commencing 1 July 2018. Exempt land is land not used for growing/selling fruit, vegetables, or plants.
