Exempts Rottnest Fast Ferries vessels Harbour Master UVI 443404 and Seaflyte UVI 437438 from speed restrictions for Hillarys Boat Harbour and North Metropolitan Beaches, subject to conditions including speed limits, sound signals, and displaying a flashing orange light. Valid until 1 August 2025 unless revoked sooner. Revokes instrument WAMA-2021-204740.
