Exempts Rottnest Fast Ferries vessels MV Harbour Master UVI 443404 and MV Ocean Master UVI 463969 from speed restrictions in Hillarys Boat Harbour and North Metropolitan Beaches, subject to conditions including speed limits, sound signals, and adherence to the Rottnest Fast Ferries Safety Management System. Valid until 1 August 2027 unless revoked sooner. Revokes instrument WAMA-2023-206072.
