Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 january 2021, are required by the personal representative, suzanne mcgrechan of care of ilberys lawyers, gpo box b51, perth wa 6838 to send particulars of their claims to her by no later than 29 september 2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
