I, Michael Charles Rowe, acting in my capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (“the Act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the Act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of— (a) Executive Director, Compliance and Enforcement ; (b) Executive Director, Regulatory Services, both of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, all my powers and duties under section 68A of the Act, other than this power of delegation.
