Michael Charles Rowe, acting as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under sections 51E, 51F, 51H, 51K, 51M, 51N, 51O and 51P of the Act and regulations 7 and 8 of the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 to specified office holders within the Department of Water and Environment Regulation. Delegation No. 147 gazetted 13 December 2019 is revoked.
