I, Michael Charles Rowe, acting as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environment Regulation all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under specified sections of the Act and regulations. Delegation No. 136 gazetted 13 July 2018 is revoked.
