Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 september 2010 at royal perth hospital, perth aforesaid, are required by the administrator and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 31 august 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
