Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby declare the following area to be a swimming prohibited area for the times stated—mandurah estuary all waters downstream of the old mandurah traffic bridge to a location drawn from carter street, north east to dorsodura way— 11:30 am to 9:30 pm on saturday 18th march 2017 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on sunday 19th march 2017 this area is set aside for the running of aquatic activities associated with the channel 7 mandurah crab fest 2017.
