Notice of resolution made under clause 29(1)(g) of the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) regarding development on reserved land that does not require development approval. On 22 January 2025, pursuant to clause 29(1)(g) of the MRS, the WAPC RESOLVED to declare that development which is on reserved land under the Metropolitan Region Scheme, and which is of a kind or class set out in schedule 1, does not require development approval under the MRS before the said development is commenced or carried out.
