It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Town Planning Scheme amendment on 22 June 2020 for the purpose of amending clauses and inserting a new appendix related to waste disposal, waste storage, and special use zones, and rezoning Lot 4580 Panizza Road, Crooked Brook from ‘General Farming’ to ‘Special Use’.
