It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Town Planning Scheme amendment on 5 April 2019 for the purpose of—(a) rezoning Lot 383 Padbury Road, Dardanup West from ‘General Farming’ zone to ‘Small Holding’ zone and amending the scheme map.(b) amending “Area No.14—Dardanup West/Crooked Brook Structure Plan” in Appendix VIII.
