These regulations amend the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991. Changes include amendments to definitions of electrical installation, private generating plant, and contact details. Regulation 4AA inserted regarding private generating plant. Regulation 28 replaced regarding contact details. Regulation 47C inserted regarding nominees to be notified of cancellation or suspension of licence.
