These regulations are the Energy Regulations Amendment (Electricity Licensing) Regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. This Part amends the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991.
