These regulations are the Electricity (Licensing) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows โ regulations 1, 2 and 10 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations, other than regulation 10, amend the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991.
