Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Clause 27 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme, the Western Australian Planning Commission resolved on 21 November 2018 to transfer land from the urban deferred zone to the urban zone, as shown on plan number 4.1648. MRS amendment 1350/27—Portion of Mandogalup Precinct has been approved by both the Minister for Planning and State Cabinet. This amendment is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
