Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 february 2022, are required by the trustee, phillip epis of care of frichot lawyers, level 1 manning buildings, [contact details redacted] mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by 6 june 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
