Exemption to quarantine area notice for polyphagous shot-hole borer within Perth Metropolitan Local Government Authority Boundaries. Members of horticultural or gardening associations may move wood or living plants (PSHB host material) out of the quarantine area if they complete DPIRD online training, inspect material for infestation signs, and report any infestation to DPIRD.
