Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Pildpirl Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Pildpirl. The boundary of the Pildpirl protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425266 and Lot 369 and 370 on Deposited Plan 75843. The Pildpirl Protected Area Order 1979 is revoked.
