Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Hot Water Spring Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Hot Water Spring. The boundary of the Hot Water Spring protected area consists of the area labelled 'B' on Deposited Plan 425606. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Hot Water Spring Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
