Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 10 january 2017 at 32 getting street, lathlain aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 16 april 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
