These regulations are the occupational safety and health amendment regulations 2019. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the occupational safety and health regulations 1996. Regulation 3.131 is amended, changing '3 years' to '5 years' and updating the document reference to 'assessing fitness to drive 2016'.
