These regulations amend the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996. Updates to regulations 3.37 and 5.1 regarding exposure standards for atmospheric contaminants, referencing the National Exposure Standards [NOHSC: 1003 (1995)]. The Minister may determine alternative exposure standards.
