These regulations amend the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Regulations 2013. They define 'earthworks' and 'minerals-in-brine', and modify Schedule 1 regarding evaporation ponds and halite/salt stockpiles associated with minerals-in-brine extraction, including on-playa and off-playa determinations.
