I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the contaminated sites act 2003 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 91 of the act (when read with section 20 of the environmental protection act 1986), hereby delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of— (a) executive director, assurance all of the department of water and environmental regulation, all my powers and duties under, other than this power of delegation, under— (a) section 84(1) of the act; and (b) section 87(2) of the act.
