I, Alistair Jones, in my capacity as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (“the Act”), acting pursuant to section 20 of the Act, hereby delegate to the holder for the time being of the offices of— (a) Executive Director, Assurance; and (b) Executive Director, Environmental Protection Authority Services; both of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, all of my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under sections 47(3), 48(1) and 48(2)(b) of the Act. Pursuant to section 20 of the Act and section 59(1)(e) of the Interpretation Act 1984 Delegation No.49 dated 25 October 2021 and published in the Gazette on 29 October 2021 is revoked.
