In the estate of valda marie peterson who died on 5 october [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the administrators of the deceased’s estate being trevor ronald alan peterson and graham robert peterson, both care of lark lawyers, ref 5610, of [contact details redacted] their claims to them by 30 march 2024 after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrators then have notice.
