Michelle Andrews, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under Part V Division 2, sections 106(1)(b) and 110 of the Act, and regulations 7(4), 8A, 11, 12, and 13 of the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 to specified offices of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, subject to conditions regarding clearing activities under mining and petroleum legislation.
