Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of City of Mandurah resolved on 9 May 2017 to make the following local law: City of Mandurah Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Mandurah Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2015.
