This declaration is the biosecurity and agriculture management (permitted organisms) declaration (no.04) 2024. The organisms listed below are declared under section 11(1) of the act to be a permitted organism for the whole of the state. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms listed below are revoked: albizia lebbekoides (dc.) benth., bambusa spinosa roxb.
