It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Port Hedland Town Planning Scheme amendment on 9 February 2018 for the purpose of amending Appendix 2 of TPS No. 5 by inserting additional use provisions for various lots on Bell Street, rezoning Lot 350 Bell Street from ‘Other Public Purpose’ reserve to ‘Industry’ zone, and amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
