It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Bassendean Local Planning Scheme amendment on 30 January 2018 for the purpose of amending the scheme map and text.
Related notices
Requires landowners in the Town of Bassendean to undertake bush fire prevention works before November 1 each year.
Enacts the Town of Bassendean Animals, Environment, Nuisance and Pests Local Law 2019.
Enacts a local law providing rules for the conduct of meetings of the council, committees and electors in the Town of Bassendean.
