Declares Didemnum vexillum as a Category 3 Declared Pest for the entire state of Western Australia, including offshore islands, and revokes previous declarations.

Declares specific organisms including Acacia mountfordiae and Theobroma grandiflorum as permitted under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, revoking previous declarations.
