Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Trotman's Cave Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Trotman's Cave. The boundary of the Trotman's Cave protected area consists of Lot 79 on Deposited Plan 425817. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Trotman's Cave Protected Area Order 1976 is revoked.
