The Minister for Energy amends the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 under section 104(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. Amendments include deleting sections 15.1A and 15.2A, amending sections 1.3 and 15.2, and inserting Chapter 16 regarding Priority Projects. The Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 Priority Project Determination (North Region Energy Project Stage 1) 2023 continues as if made under Chapter 16.
