Amber-Jade Sanderson, Minister for Energy, made a determination under section 16.1 of the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 established under section 104 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. This determination may be cited as the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 Priority Project Determination (Regans Reinforcement) 2025. Regans Reinforcement is a priority project and comprises an upgrade of Regans Terminal.
