These regulations are the metropolitan redevelopment authority amendment regulations (no. 2) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the metropolitan redevelopment authority regulations 2011. In regulation 13(1) in the definition of relevant plan delete ““subiaco redevelopment area 2017”” and insert: “subiaco redevelopment area 2017”. Delete schedule 4 and insert: schedule 4 — subiaco redevelopment area.
