These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations Amendment Regulations 2017. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. This Part amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005. This Part amends the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.
