The Minister for Planning and Lands has approved the declaration of Planning Control Area (PCA) 195 over portions of Lloyd Street, Hazelmere, between the Great Eastern Highway Bypass Primary Regional Road reservation and Workshops Avenue (within the Midland Redevelopment Scheme Area). The PCA provides for the widening and upgrading of Lloyd Street, installation of a road bridge over the Helena River, and connecting Lloyd Street to the Abernethy Road and Great Eastern Highway Bypass Interchange.
