Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 28 May 2021 are required by the personal representative, Raymond Domenico Furfaro c/- Carlo Primerano & Associates Barristers and Solicitors, Suite 12, 443 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by Thursday, 17 August 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
