Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Legislation and Strategic Engagement the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation powers and duties under section 47F of the Act and Regulations 3I, 3J, 3K, 3L, 3M, 3N, 3O, 3P, 3Q, 3R, 3S, 3T and 3W of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 3 dated 26 February 2020 is revoked.
