Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 november 2023, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to biddulph & turley, the solicitors for the executor, at [contact details redacted] 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late margaret mary caddy, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
